About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation concerning civil protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

Part one of Article 2 to add 1) with Item 31-1 of the following content:

"31-1) governing bodies of civil protection - executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive bodies city, district in the cities (in case of their creation), settlement and village councils, governing bodies of the companies, organizations and the organizations, and also their structural divisions (officials) intended for implementation of direct management of activities in the field of civil protection according to competence";

Item 3 parts three of Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3) district public administrations, executive bodies city, district in the cities (in case of their creation), settlement and village councils form the local commissions on questions of technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations";

4) in Article 10:
