Article 1

Such acceptance act shall be signed, including local government body and person who is authorized to act on behalf of owners of rooms in the apartment house (if capital repairs of common property in the apartment house are made based on the decision of owners of rooms in this apartment house). The procedure and terms of signing of the acceptance act of the rendered services and (or) the performed works on capital repairs of common property in the apartment house, and also order of interaction of participants of signing of such act, including with the commission performing acceptance of the rendered services and (or) the performed works is established by regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
