ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of the Order of the Government No. 474/2014 about approval of the List of special means, types of firearms, ammunition and rules of their application

Based on Items f) and g) Articles 5, Item r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 474/2014 about approval of the List of special means, types of firearms, ammunition and rules of their application (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 167-168, 517), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) to state the Section "Ministry of Internal Affairs" in the following edition:

"Ministry of Internal Affairs

1. Bulletproof/ballistic helmets of different classes of protection; shock-proof helmets with viewing opening

1. The special rubber, plastic, combined, sliding (telescopic) bludgeons

1. Satchels, covers, belts and multipurpose tactical vests

1. Automatic, semi-automatic firearms, with repeated or single queues

1. Ammunition is fighting, sports, single and educational

2. Bulletproof/ballistic vests of different classes of ballistic protection; splinterproof/ballistic suits raised / high-class protection; shock-proof vests

2. Handcuffs

2. Svetoshumovy devices of psychological impact

2. Short-barreled cut weapon (guns and revolvers)

2. Garnets
