1. Litas. b) the subitem 2) Item 32 of the Regulations on compensation of the value added tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 93/2013 (2013, Art. No. 27-30, 140), with subsequent changes, after the words "payment documents" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "/statements with accounts (for lack of payment document)".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
