About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 about approval of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance
Based on part (1) article 2 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 about approval of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 198-202, 1443), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form;
2) in the resolution:
a) in subitems 2) and 4) of Item 2 of the word "medical and sanitary organizations" shall be replaced with words "suppliers of medical services";
b) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. National company of medical insurance:
Every year to conclude 1) till December 31 with the suppliers of medical services performing activities according to the legislation, agreements on delivery of health care (about provision of medical services) within compulsory medical insurance according to the Single program of compulsory medical insurance and Criteria of the conclusion of contracts with suppliers of medical services in system of compulsory medical insurance for the corresponding year. The basic principles of the conclusion of contracts with suppliers of medical services are compliance to provisions of national policy in the field of health care, effective and transparent use of the public financial resources on the basis of the needs of the population for the medical services correlated to health care system opportunities within means of the funds of compulsory medical insurance approved for the corresponding year;
