According to provisions of Item 1 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 8 of March 7, 2022, Item 17 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 9 of March 10, 2022, Item 3 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 12 of March 25, 2022, and also Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), and Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:

In appendix No. 11 "Codification of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation for customs procedure "42" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009, "055" to make the following changes to code of release:
