About additional measures for support of participants of foreign trade activity

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2022 No. UP-60 "About the Strategy of Development for New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026" for the purpose of enhancement of mechanisms of regulation of foreign trade, expansion of export of products with high value added by further strengthening of measures of full support and stimulation of export activities of domestic subjects of entrepreneurship:

1. Determine that since April 1, 2022:

a) till April 1, 2023:

subsidies for compensation of transportation expenses at the rate to 70 percent are provided to domestic enterprises (their authorized representatives) when exporting products with high value added to the countries of the European Union;

when exporting products with the high value added exported to neighboring states subsidies for compensation of transportation expenses at the rate to 50 percent are provided;

b) the expenses connected with accreditation of conformity assessment bodies by accreditation body which is member of the international organizations ILAC/IAF are compensated by the Agency of promotion of export;

c) the size of the advance payment required when implementing by subjects of entrepreneurship of commodity export (except for special types of goods), works and services based on invoices (invoices) without the conclusion of the agreement, decreases from 100 percent to 50 percent.

2. Government commission concerning foreign trade, investments, development of the local industry and technical regulation (S. Umurzakov) (further - Government commission):

in two weeks to approve the list of products with high value added when which exporting subsidies for compensation of transportation expenses are provided and to provide its regular publication on the Single portal of support of exporters (www.exportportali.uz);

establish constant control behind target and effective expenditure of fund of support of export.
