1. In appendix No. 3-2 to the Order No. 30-O of January 28, 2014 on approval of forms of recovery by enforcement of the customs obligation and standard agreement of change of repayment period of the customs obligation by delay or payment by installments of payments (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 27-34/124) to make the following changes:

1) In part (Article 130-7 of the word to "authorized body" shall be replaced with words 5) to State Tax Administration.
