Item 3 of Article 158 to add 1) with subitem 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) about money recovery, including court costs, from state organization - the debtor, the personal account (account) for whom is not opened in body of the Federal Treasury, financial body of the subject of the Russian Federation, financial body of the municipality, state non-budgetary fund management authority of the Russian Federation (in organization of the Central bank of the Russian Federation or in credit institution);";

2) in Article 242.1:

a) the fourth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"provision of the documents specified in Items 1 and 2 of this Article in body to which according to this Chapter execution of the executive document is not assigned;";

b) add with Item 3.3 of the following content:

"3.3. In case of return of the executive document on the basis provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 3 of this Article and availability at state organization - the debtor of accounts in organization of the Central bank of the Russian Federation or in credit institution return reasons and the place of opening are specified to the debtor of the corresponding accounts.";
