1) in Article 3:

a) add with parts 5.3 and 5.4 of the following content:

"5.3. The payment due date the customer of the delivered goods, the performed work (its results), the rendered service shall constitute no more than seven working days from date of acceptance of the delivered goods, the performed work (its results), the rendered service, except as specified, if other payment due date is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring defense capability and safety of the state and also if other payment due date is established by the customer in regulations on purchase.

5.4. In case of establishment by the customer of the payment due dates other than the payment due dates provided by part 5.3 of this Article the regulations on purchase join specific payment due dates and (or) procedure for determination of such terms, and also the inventory, works, services when which implementing purchases such payment due dates are applied is established.";
