About application of prohibition of commodity importation from the Russian Federation
Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and according to part eleven of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Prohibit import to customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of commodity import from the Russian Federation.
Goods which movement on the territory of the Russian Federation is performed by transit and the goods imported from the Russian Federation including goods origin from the third countries, can be placed in customs regime of import if their import to Ukraine is performed till February 24, 2022 inclusive.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
