About modification of Item 5-2 of the Section 9 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to subjects of managing" about application of its provisions during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 5-2 of the Section 9 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to subjects of managing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 1173; 2020, No. 43, Art. 371; 2021, No. 46, Art. 378; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 15, 2022 No. 2134-IX) to state in the following edition:

"5-2. During action of warlike situation of regulation of Articles 6, of 7, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of the 16th this Law and other regulations of the legislation following from the specified articles of this Law are not applied.

The government assistance given during action of warlike situation is admissible.

Suppliers of government assistance are exempted from obligation:

notifications on new government assistance and on offers concerning modification of conditions of the operating government assistance if such government assistance is provided during action of warlike situation and within one year after its termination or cancellation;

submissions of information on the operating government assistance provided during action of warlike situation and within one year after its termination or cancellation".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
