About modification of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" concerning enhancement of procedure for delivery of health care by the serviceman in the conditions of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item 1 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2015, No. 49-50, of Art. 455; 2018, No. 33, Art. 250; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 24, 2022 No. 2153-IX) to add with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"During action of warlike situation the military personnel who was directly involved in implementation of the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, being directly in areas of implementation of the specified actions, can be sent according to the conclusion of the military-medical commission for further rendering medical care or carrying out medico-psychological recovery to them to the medical institutions located outside Ukraine. Restrictions concerning departure of citizens of Ukraine out of limits of Ukraine do not extend to the specified military personnel and the medical personnel accompanying them. The procedure for provision by the serviceman of medical care or carrying out medico-psychological recovery in medical institutions outside Ukraine and carrying out fee on delivery of health care is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Cost recovery of journey and fee on delivery of health care or carrying out medico-psychological recovery is performed at the expense of means of the government budget, except cases of provision of the specified help at the expense of means of the host party".
