About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 194-196, 637), with subsequent changes, line item "The CEO, the deputy director general, the adviser for the dispute resolution of the National agency for the dispute resolution" to state in the following edition:
"CEO, adviser for the dispute resolution of the National agency for the dispute resolution".
Art. II. - In article 81 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
