About introduction of amendments to article 25-1 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 25-1 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 113), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (1):

in Item b) words "in Items a) - d), f), g)" shall be replaced with words "in Items a) - d), g)";
