About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of public morals" concerning protection of the rights and the best interests of the child

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About protection of public morals" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 14, Art. 192; 2010, No. 10, Art. 105; 2021, No. 20, Art. 187) such changes:

1. The eleventh to state the paragraph to part one of Article 1 in the following edition:

"specially certain place - the territory or the room allocated for advertizing, distribution of products or holding spectacular actions of sexual or erotic nature with decent external design, the most remote from places of mass rest, organizations of education, historical and cultural monuments, sacral and ritual objects and military units".

2. State Article 7 in the following edition:

"Article 7. Protection of children from negative impact of products of sexual or erotic nature

For the purpose of protection of moral and physical life of children it is forbidden:

involvement of children in activities for production and turnover of products of sexual or erotic nature, pornographic materials, to rendering services, and also organization and holding spectacular actions of sexual or erotic nature;

distribution of products of sexual or erotic nature, pornographic materials, rendering services and holding spectacular actions of sexual or erotic nature among children;

use of images of children in any form in products of sexual or erotic nature and holding spectacular actions of sexual or erotic nature;

creation and distribution of visual record of image of the child made in any manner including photography, record of the movie and/or video of sexual or erotic nature;

production (production), storage, advertizing, distribution, acquisition of products containing child pornography, import, export, transit through the territory of Ukraine, post transfer of such products;

the offer or provision of access to products containing child pornography".
