About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring rehabilitation of persons with supportive applications injured with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252; 1994, No. 45, Art. 404; 2004, No. 37, Art. 453):

"Technical and other means" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 36 of the word "supportive applications of rehabilitation";

Article 41 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 41. To the companies and the organizations specializing in production of supportive applications of rehabilitation for persons with disability tax benefits according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by the law are established".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 2-3, of Art. 36 with subsequent changes):
