3. If other is not provided by the Federal Law or the agreement, for indexation the official statistical information on consumer price index (rates) for goods and services in the Russian Federation posted on the official site of the federal executive body performing functions on forming of official statistical information on social, economic, demographic, ecological and other public processes in the Russian Federation on the Internet is used.".
