About modification of appendix No. 2 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011)

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided: 

1. Bring in appendix No. 2 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (to TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877, of change according to appendix.

2. Realization of vehicles of categories M 3, N 2, N 3, O 3, O 4, which are made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus without control systems of stability of vehicles from the effective date of this Decision and till December 31, 2023 is inclusive performed:

based on the approvals like the vehicle (approvals like the chassis) which are drawn up taking into account the changes provided by appendix to this Decision;

on condition of obligatory informing consumers and specifying in the electronic passport of the vehicle (the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis) of the relevant information.

3. Control of execution of this Decision is exercised by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the legislation of state members.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of its acceptance.
