About modification of some Decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning natural butter

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, for the purpose of implementation of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 12 and ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.50 of the following content:

"7.1.50. The natural butter classified by codes 0405 10 110 0 and 0405 10 190 0 CN FEA EEU, imported into the Republic of Armenia in amount of no more 1,5 of one thousand tons.

The specified tariff privilege is provided on condition of submission to customs authority of the Republic of Armenia of the document issued by the executive body of the Republic of Armenia authorized in the field of agricultural policy, and the containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
