About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring stability of system of guaranteeing household deposits

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 51, Art. 292 with subsequent changes):

in Article 6:

the twenty seventh to state part in the following edition:

"Regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market, except regulatory legal acts on the questions provided by Items 37-25 - 37-28 parts two of article 7 of this Law, are subject to state registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine";

after part twenty seventh to add with new part of such content:

"Regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market on the questions provided by Items 37-25 - 37-28 parts two of article 7 of this Law, are published on its official website and become effective from the date of, their official publication following behind day. Official publication of such acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market their promulgation on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market is considered".

With respect thereto the twenty eighth - the thirty first to consider parts respectively parts of the twenty ninth - the thirty second;

the second Article 7 to add part with Items 37-25 - 37-28 following contents:

"37-25) performs mobilization preparation of system of the National commission on securities and the stock market;

37-26) determines features of functioning of the capital markets and the organized goods markets, activities of members of the capital markets and professional participants of the organized goods markets in the conditions of warlike situation or during the special period;
