For the purpose of streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of cultural institutions, art, information and sport, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of employees of cultural institutions, art, information and sport.

2. Approve:

1) the frequency rate coefficient sizes to official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees and occupied in the public subordinated institutions in the field of culture and information according to appendices 1-10;

2) the frequency rate coefficient sizes to official pay rates of the technical and junior service personnel occupied with servicing of public institutions, subordinated organizations in the field of culture and information according to appendices 11-13;

3) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority, according to appendix 14.

3. Determine that to workers:

1) in case of exit in labor leave the benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund is paid;

2) at the end of the calendar year the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund is paid.

4. Establish percentage allowances to official pay rates of some workers specified in appendices 11-13 to this resolution from among the technical and junior service personnel occupied with servicing of public institutions, subordinated organizations in the field of culture and information in the following sizes:
