Make changes to item 4 of the Procedure for preparation, realization, monitoring and completion of projects implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine, supported by international financial institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 27, 2016 No. 70 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, of the Art. 627), having added it with paragraphs of the following content:
"In the period of warlike situation, and also within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation by preparation of the investment project provisions of Items 6, 8 - 11 it about are not applied. At the same time:
for initiation of the investment project the Ministry of Finance makes in IFI inquiry about its financing based on the appeal of the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the respective sphere in which project implementation, approved about the MFA is planned;
offers on determination of the executive in charge of the investment project are represented by the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the respective sphere in which project implementation is planned together with the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of attraction of financial resources of IFI for project implementation and performs the actions determined by Item 15 of this procedure.".
