About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions" and article 1 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 6965; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3091; 2018, No. 41, Art. 6190; No. 47, Art. 7130; 2021, No. 13, Art. 2139; No. 22, Art. 3688) following changes:

1) in Article 10:

a) to add Item 1 of part 2 after the words "18 years which did not reach age" with the words "or 18 years which reached age and completed training in the main educational programs of the main general or secondary general education in the organizations performing educational activities for the period till September 1 of year in which the specified training is complete";

b) add part 4 with words "(except the children who reached age of 18 years specified in part 4.1 of this Article)";

c) add with parts 4.1 and 4.2 of the following content:

"4.1. It is supposed and dependence of the children of the died supporter who reached age of 18 years which are studying full-time according to the main educational programs in the organizations performing educational activities including in the foreign organizations located outside the territory of the Russian Federation before the end of such training by them, but not longer than before achievement of age by them 23 years provided that on the date of the death of the supporter they did not carry out work and (or) other activities during which they are subject to mandatory pension insurance according to the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 167-FZ "About mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation" does not require proofs.
