1. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2013 No. 909 "About approval of Rules of implementation by the owner and (or) operator, and also the third party of measures for personal data protection":

in Rules of implementation by the owner and (or) operator, and also the third party of the measures for personal data protection approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 3 with the subitem 5) of the following content:

"5) registration and accounting of the actions provided by subitems 3), 4), 5), 6) of item 4 of article 8 of the Law.";

add Item 7 with subitems 6) and 7) of the following content:

"6) document approval, determining policy of operator for collection, processing and personal data protection;

7) at the request of authorized body within consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities submission of information on the methods and procedures used for ensuring compliance by the owner and (or) operator of requirements of the Law.";
