1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 23, 2015 No. 267 "About approval of Rules of transfer of assets in National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and use of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also forms and Rules of creation of the annual statement about forming and use of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:

in Rules of transfer of assets in National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and use of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"19-1. In case of incomplete use of the guaranteed and/or target transfers from National fund following the results of the expired financial year the central authorized body on budget implementation performs:

1) reduction of the attracted amount of the guaranteed transfer from National fund for the next financial year on the unused amount of the guaranteed transfer from National fund for the expired year;

At the same time the unused amount of the guaranteed transfer from National fund for the expired year is used as part of the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the next year;

2) return of part of the unused (underused) funds raised from National fund in the republican budget in the form of target transfer by adjustment of the budget at the expense of remaining balance of means of the republican budget;

3) return of part of the attracted guaranteed transfer to the republican budget by adjustment of the budget at the expense of remaining balance of means of the republican budget.
