About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 43

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for disclosure of information in the security market approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 43, the following changes:
in paragraphs second and third "joint-stock companies" shall be replaced with words parts four of Item 6 of the word "open joint stock companies";
in Item 8:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"8. Open joint stock companies represent:";
"open joint stock companies" to exclude from paragraph one of subitem 8.1 of the word;
exclude subitem 8.2;
in subitem 8.3 of the word "subitems 8. 8.2" shall be replaced with words 1, "subitem 8.1";
state Item 32 in the following edition:
"32. In Item 12 of form 1 the information about the certified issuer's worker performing the works connected with issue, placement, the address and repayment of securities of this issuer, and responsible for submission of the reporting is specified.";
