About creation of National park of "Nistrul de Jos" and introduction of amendments to the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The National park is created by "Nistrul de Jos" Ploshchad of 61883,99 of hectare:

a) in administrative-territorial borders of settlements:

- Keushensky district, villages:

Кицкань, Merenesht and Zakhorna - 1229 hectares;

Кырнэцень - 1636 hectares;

Kopank there are 2943 hectares;

Kremenchuk - 2299 hectares;

Gredinitsa, Leuntya and Valya Verde - 2417 hectares;

b) in borders of settlements of administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester:

- Sloboziysky district, villages:

Choburchiu - 2040 hectares;

Korotn there are 1648 hectares;

Hliny - 3085 hectares;

Nezavertaylovka is 2601 hectares.

Art. II. - The national park of "Nistrul de Jos" submits to the central body for natural resources and protection of the circle and is financed from the government budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the law.

Art. III. - In the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 31 the first offer to state in the following edition: "The national park has the status of public organization.".
