About modification of article 6 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992

Art. I. - Article 6 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (The monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, after the paragraph "receive from citizens cash payments in the amount which is not exceeding 100000 lei on each transaction on sales of goods or services;" to add with the new paragraph:
"make in the relations with physical persons cash payments in the amount which is not exceeding 10000 lei a month for purchase of waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
