About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of monitoring of potential hazards of homeland security of Ukraine in the field of economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 5-6, of Art. 30 with subsequent changes) after part thirty eighth to add 1) with two new parts of the following content:

"The subject of management of national bank shall perform monitoring of the available or potential hazards of homeland security of Ukraine and in case of their identification to take measures for neutralization of their influence on activities of bank. The list of specific actions is determined by the subject of management or by its decision the head of bank taking into account its powers and can include, in particular, determination by the exclusive place of fulfillment of duties of the head, deputy managers, members of collegiate executive body (person performing powers of sole executive body), members of the supervisory board, other officials of national bank of the address of the location of such bank and establishment of specific mode of work of specified persons. In case of decision making about determination of adequate measures specified persons shall arrive instantly to the address of the location of such bank for execution of powers.

Violation by the head, deputy managers, members of collegiate executive body (person performing powers of sole executive body), members of the supervisory board, other officials of national bank of provisions of part of the thirty ninth this Article is the basis for early termination of powers (dismissal) of such officials, and contract cancelation (the civil contract) with such persons irrespective of effective period of such contract (the civil agreement) and without the corresponding payments of compensating payments (if such payments are provided to the signed contracts (civil agreements) or the collective agreement existing in national bank)".
