About modification of article 37 of the Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 276/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 37 of the Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 276/2016 (2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) V departure from provisions of this law of means of National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone are used in the size and procedure established by the Government for partial compensation of excises on the diesel fuel used by agricultural producers in 2022.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
