Agree with the offer of the Ministry of social policy on realization with participation of United Nations High Commission for Refugees of joint project on additional measures for social support of internally displaced persons (further - the project) taking into account that:
within project implementation at the expense of controls of the UN High Commissioner for cases of refugees (further - benefit) the internally displaced persons specified in the paragraph the eighteenth Item 2 of the Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of capture accounting of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 "About accounting of internally displaced persons" have the right to payment of the additional monetary assistance (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2296; 2015, No. 70, the Art. 2312), - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 269 and of March 20, 2022 No. 332, data about which are included in the Single information database about internally displaced persons (further - internally displaced persons);
allowance payment within project implementation is in addition performed without submission of the separate address by the internally displaced person based on the data containing in the Single information database about internally displaced persons irrespective of receipt by person of other types of the help, including allowance payment on accommodation to internally displaced persons;
for receipt of the help the Ministry of social policy creates and transfers to United Nations High Commission for Refugees the list of internally displaced persons of mutually agreed vulnerable categories, data on which are included in the Single information database about internally displaced persons.

surname, name and middle name (in the presence);
