About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 31, 2012 No. 451

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

Item 18 of Rules of the taxation of the individual entrepreneurs functioning on the basis of the patent or the certificate approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 31, 2012 No. 451 "About approval of Rules of the taxation of the individual entrepreneurs functioning on the basis of the patent or the certificate" to state in the following edition:

"18. In case of stay on hospitalization or quarantine, in maternity leave, stay in military service, content under sentence (decision) of court in places of detention and (or) content in the pre-trial detention center, stay in the labor migration of the individual entrepreneur, his death and (or) emergence of the fire, natural disasters or introduction of quarantine in the place of activities which resulted in impossibility of implementation of business activity in the presence of supporting documents the payment for the patent is not made.".
