About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning development of installations of storage of energy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph two of Item of 1 part one of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 51, Art. 833; 2020, 26, 172) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"11) production of electrical energy - the activities connected with transformation of energy from energy resources of any origin in electrical energy by means of technical means except activities for energy storage";

"29) the electrical power company - the subject of managing performing one of the following functions: production, transfer, distribution, delivery of electrical energy to the consumer, storage of energy or trading activities";

"32) electroinstallation - complex of the interconnected equipments and constructions intended for production or transformation, transfer, distribution, consumption of electrical energy or storage of energy";

"96) the participant of the market of electrical energy (further - the participant of the market) - the producer, the electrosupplier, the trader, the operator of system of transfer, the operator of system of distribution, the operator of the market, the guaranteed buyer, the operator of installation of storage of energy and the consumer who perform the activities in the market of electrical energy according to the procedure provided by this Law";
