In Rules of creation and functioning of the headquarters on safety of electric utility service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 86 "About headquarters on electric utility service safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 743; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7385):

a) add Item 5 with subitems "e" and "zh" of the following content:

"e) territorial authority of the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of function on control of observance of the antitrust law, legislation in the field of activities of subjects of natural monopolies;

g) executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates.";
