The stores organization of arms and military equipment the organizations of defense industry complex is regulated by the instruction.
The instruction for storage of arms and military equipment is developed on the basis of the existing regulating documents of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military forming, special state and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulating documents in the field of designing of arsenals, bases, warehouses of rockets and ammunition regarding specifics of productive activity and products.
The instruction for storage of arms and military equipment affirms the first head of the organization of defense industry complex in coordination with territorial subdivisions of the state body authorized in the field of civil protection and industrial safety.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
