About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 135/2017 and reports for residents of information and technological parks

In pursuance of part provisions (1) Article 373 and part (1) article 374 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24 1997, with subsequent changes and amendments (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release of February 8 2007), and also in connection with the changes made to the Tax code by the Law No. 204/2021 on modification of some regulations (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, to Art. No. 325-333, 494), I ORDER:

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 135/2017 on approval of forms of reports on the single tax paid by residents of information and technological parks (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 399-410, 2014) to make the following changes:

1) In the text of the order and its appendices of the word "the salary and other payments" shall be replaced with words "payments for compensation" in the corresponding case;

2) In item 4 of the word "the salary and other payments" shall be replaced with words "payments for compensation" in the corresponding case;

3) In the fourth column of appendix to the Declaration on the single tax, after the words "since the beginning of calendar year" to add the text "or from the moment of application of specific mode of the taxation";

4) to make the following changes To appendix No. 2 to the order:
