In the Regulations about credit transfer approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 157/2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 191-197, to the Art. 1370) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 936 of August 30 2013, to make the following changes:

Item 2 to add 1) with the concept "The Automated Interbank Payment System" of the following content:

"The automated interbank payment system - makes the sense determined in the Regulations about the automated interbank payment system approved by Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 179/2019. The automated interbank payment system consists of system of gross calculations in real time and clearing system with calculation of net positions.";
