1. Resolve since July 1, 2022 the organization of nadomnichestvo on the basis of civil agreements, including works agreements, on performance of works, production of goods or rendering services along with the employment contract.

To the ministry of employment and employment relationships (N. Khusanov) to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers the list of the types of activity performed on the terms of nadomnichestvo in a month. At the same time to pay special attention to expansion of types of service which implementation is possible on the terms of nadomnichestvo.

2. Determine that:

a) during the period from July 1, 2022 to January 1, 2025:

the income tax to home-workers is calculated with reduction by 50 percent of total income from nadomnichestvo, but no more than the size to one million sum for the accounting period (one month);

home-workers pay the social tax according to the procedure, established for self-employed persons;

b) the one-time subsidy for the first three months of home work of each home-worker in the amount of its average monthly income by fund of support of workmanship and nadomnichestvo is allocated to the subjects of entrepreneurship who organized nadomnichestvo in махаллях".

3. Extend the Procedure for provision of the guarantee by the State fund of support of business activity to the leading subjects of entrepreneurship at the rate to 75 percent of credit amount established by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 5, 2021 No. PP-5214 "About additional measures for further support of entrepreneurship and development of cooperation between subjects of entrepreneurship and the population in махаллях" also on entrepreneurship subjects with number of home-workers at least 10 people performing activities in махаллях.
