About modification of the Regulations on periodic review of estimated value of agreements on the public procurements of continuous execution concluded for the term of more than one year, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1129/2018

Based on part (4) article 76 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on periodic review of estimated value of agreements on the public procurements of continuous execution concluded for the term of more than one year, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1129/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 430-439, 1198), to make the following changes:

The text "Section 1" to replace 1) with the text "Chapter I";

Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The regulations on periodic review of estimated value of the agreements on public procurements of continuous execution signed for the term of more than one year (further - the Provision), regulate procedure for establishment and application of method of periodic review of cost of the specified agreements taking into account the change in price of components of cost of the goods, works or services which are the subject of the agreement (further - the agreement on public procurements).";

3) Item 2:

"review of estimated value of the agreement on public procurements" to add the first concept after the text with the text "taking into account the rate of inflation or deflation";

add with the following concept:

"review of estimated value of the agreement on public procurements of continuously performed works concluded for the term of more than one year based on cost change - modification of residual cost of the agreement on public procurements as a result of application of coefficient of change for accounting of any increase or reduction of costs based on which the agreement price was established";
