DECISION OF COUNCIL OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 concerning white sugar and raw sugar reed

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. In the paragraph the second subitem 7.1.37 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the words "250 thousand tons to the Republic of Kazakhstan, 70 thousand tons to the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "350 thousand tons to the Republic of Kazakhstan, 105 thousand tons to the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
