2. In the text of Item 12 of the Procedure for application of exemption of customs duties when importing separate types of goods to single customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 728, after words "civil passenger" to add with the words "and (or) civil cargo".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
