2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2001 No. 309 "About approval of Accounting rules of leasing transactions in banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 1, 8/7539).
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2006.
