About modification of the Regulations on Federal Archival Agency approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2016 No. 293

1. Bring in the Regulations on Federal Archival Agency approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2016 No. 293 "Questions of Federal Archival Agency" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 26, Art. 4034; 2018, No. 52, Art. 8239; 2021, No. 10, Art. 1569), following changes:

"11. 2) procedure for reference of documents of Archive fund of the Russian Federation to unique documents, accounting treatment, storages and uses of such documents;";

add with the subitem 15 of the following content:

"15) documents of strategic planning in the field of archiving on the questions carried to maintaining the Russian Federation.";

c) in Item 9:

in subitem 1:

to recognize paragraphs of the fifth and sixth invalid;

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"execution by the federal Public Records Offices of requests and addresses on receipt of the archive references, archive statements and archive copies connected with the social protection of citizens providing their provision of pensions, and also receipt of privileges and compensations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;";
