About modification of Item 5-1 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure can be established

According to Item 3 of Article 253 and Article 254 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also Items 6 and 6-2 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Solution of the Highest Eurasian economic council аот on December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. In part one of Item 5-1 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure can be established, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 329, of the word "codes 8802 40 003 5," shall be replaced with words "codes 8802 40 001 6, 8802 40 003 5,", shall be replaced with words the words "6 months, and concerning the specified goods exported till December 31, 2021 inclusive-within 12 months, from the date of export" "2 years from the date of, their actual export following behind day from customs area of the Union".
