The request for registration of the civil transaction is provided in territorial subdivision of treasury on paper in duplicate with appendix of the original and copy of the agreement (supplementary agreement), at the same time the copy of the registered agreement (supplementary agreement) on paper remains in territorial subdivision of treasury.

For registration of the agreement within the loan agreement (grant) the request for registration of the civil transaction by public institution is provided on paper with appendix of this agreement within the international treaty on the state loans ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan or on the connected grants.
