About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2014 No. 540 "About approval of Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2014 No. 540 "About approval of Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9934) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing approved by the specified order:

to state part one of Item 139 in following editions:

"139. Receipts in the budget in national currency according to the Budget code, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)", the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About administrative offenses" (further – the ADMINISTRATIVE CODE), the Law on the republican budget and decisions of maslikhats on approval of local budgets for the corresponding financial year and other legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are enlisted by codes of classification of receipts of EBK RK on EKS.";

add with Item 606-2 of the following content:

"606-2. Violation of conditions and procedures of provision of budget credits by administrators of budget programs attracts penalty according to the ADMINISTRATIVE CODE";

add with Item 621-1 of the following content:

"621-1. In case of the conclusion of the Supplementary agreement the amount of the Credit agreement is adjusted in the following cases:

1) return of inappropriate use of budget credit;

2) return of unused part of budget credit;
