1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on departmental programs of digital transformation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2020 No. 1646 "About measures for ensuring efficiency of actions for use of information and communication technologies in activities of federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, the Art. 6612).
2. Determine that financing of the expenses connected with creation of service of the technical customer is performed at the expense of the means provided in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions to the corresponding federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
