About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan "About the earth"

I. Bring in the Code of Turkmenistan "About the earth", approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of October 25, 2004 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, No. 4, Art. 33; 2007, No. 1, Art. 39, No. 4, Art. 68; 2014, No. 1, Art. 43; 2015, No. 1, Art. 37; 2016, No. 1, Art. 74, No. 4, Art. 165; 2017, No. 1, Art. 19, No. 2, Art. 80, No. 4, Art. of Art. 137 and 179; 2018, No. 4, Art. 111; 2019, No. 4, Art. 76; 2020, No. 4, Art. 86; Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, No. 4, Art. 142), following changes and amendments:

The paragraph the twelfth Article 10 to state 1) in the following edition:

"-approves the amount of payment for the earth and the rent for the earth and the Procedure for calculation and introduction of these payments;";
