About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning fixing and provision of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning fixing and provision of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes.

2. Determine that in 2022 by consideration provided by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs with whom agreements on fixing and provision of share of quota of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes, the period of fixing of the right to production (catch) of water biological resources on which expires till December 31, 2024, statements for need of entering of the essential changes into the investment project on vessel construction of the fishery fleet constructed on the Russian ship-building shipyards and (or) the companies as the property complexes, stipulated in Article 132 Civil codes of the Russian Federation intended for production of fish products and constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - the investment project), concerning prolongation of term of implementation of the investment project are signed paragraphs two and third Item 45 (1) Regulations on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery are not applied to implementation of the industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2017 No. 648 "About fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing", and terms of implementation of investment projects are prolonged within 8-year term according to the procedure, established by the paragraph the second Item 8 of requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 633 "About requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery, and also about procedure of payments of ensuring implementation of the specified investment projects".

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning fixing and provision of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. In Item 8 of the requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 633 "About requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery, and also on procedure of payments of ensuring realization of the specified investment projects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, Art. 3332; 2019, No. 48, Art. 6837):

a) in paragraph one of the word "more than 5 years" shall be replaced with words "more than 7 years";

In paragraph nine of Item 45 of the Regulations on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of the industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2017 No. 648 "About fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, Art. 3345; 2019, No. 48, Art. 6837; 2021, No. 36, of the Art. 6403) shall be replaced with words the words "does not exceed 6-year term" "does not exceed 8-year term".
